Sports Betting with Cricket at the Centre

For Pakistan players, cricket is where the sportsbook section gets the most attention. PSL matches and international fixtures are listed in the sports lobby when they are available — market depth and available bet types are shown on the fixture page itself, not in a separate preview screen.

  • Cricket Markets

PSL and international cricket fixtures appear in the sportsbook section when available. Available bet types and conditions for each market are shown on the fixture page. Access depends on local law and your registered region — the sportsbook section will show which markets are open for your account.

  • Football Straight Bets

A table-game format using football match scoring logic. Rounds are fixed length — no waiting for a live match to finish. Bet options and prize conditions are in the in-information panel. Good for players who want a sport-themed outcome without the variable timing of a live sportsbook market.

  • Crash Zone

Single rising multiplier, one decision per round: exit before the crash or hold until it ends. The round history strip shows the last several results. A fast cycle means you can complete several rounds in the time a single cricket over takes — useful if you have five minutes rather than a full session.

What You Can Check Before You Start

Every account comes with visible transaction records, wallet history and game-round logs that you can review at any time after login. Our studio partners — Pragmatic Play, Spadegaming, Habanero and JDB — publish game rules and prize-table details inside each title so you are never relying on

  • Transparent Wallet

Your deposit, wager and withdrawal history is recorded in full inside the account dashboard. Every entry carries a timestamp and a status so you can cross-check your JazzCash or Easypaisa transaction against what the wallet shows. Nothing is hidden behind a summary — line-by-line detail is there when you need it.

  • Studio-Published Rules

Game rules, prize tables and bonus-round conditions come directly from Pragmatic Play, Spadegaming, Habanero and JDB. We do not rewrite them. Open any title, tap the information panel, and the studio's own documentation loads. RTP figures appear only where the studio itself exposes them — we do not insert our own numbers.

  • Region and Access Clarity

Account registration shows you which regions and services are available under local law at the point you sign up. We do not promise access we cannot deliver. If your region is not eligible for a particular market, that section will show as unavailable rather than display odds or tables you cannot use.

  • Support on Every Screen

The help button stays in view whether you are in the slot lobby, at a live table or checking your payment history. You reach the same support team from mobile or desktop — no separate contact form, no waiting to leave the game to find a number. Current contact routes are listed in the Support section of your account.

Where to Go When You Need a Hand

Pakistan players often have account questions that are specific — a JazzCash payment not yet reflected, a Raast transfer that needs confirmation, or a live-table round that ended unexpectedly. Our support team handles all of these.

  • Live Chat

Open the chat widget from any page inside your account — lobby, game screen or payment history. The widget connects you to a support agent without interrupting your session. For wallet queries, paste your JazzCash or Easypaisa transaction reference into the chat so the agent can pull the matching record immediately rather than asking for it later.

  • Email Support

For detailed questions — account verification, document submission or a multi-transaction review — email gives you a written record of the exchange. Send from the email address registered to your pak9 account so the team can verify your identity without extra steps. Response time details are shown on the contact page inside your account dashboard.

  • Help Centre

The Help Centre covers account setup, wallet linking for JazzCash and Easypaisa, withdrawal conditions and game-mechanics queries. Articles are grouped by topic rather than by product so you can find the right page without knowing which studio published the game you are asking about. Access it from the menu or directly from within any game screen.

POCKET-SIZED LOBBY

The Full Lobby Fits in Your Pocket

The pak9 lobby is built for smaller screens first — touch targets are sized for one-handed use, the payment chip row keeps JazzCash and Easypaisa one tap from the top, and game cards load with the same speed you would expect on a larger screen. Live casino tables stream at a quality your phone handles without dropping frames during critical deal moments.

  • One-Tap Payments

JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast sit in the payment chip row at the top of the deposit screen on mobile. Selecting one pre-fills the relevant fields so you are not retyping account numbers. The confirmation screen shows the amount and method before you finalise — useful when you are moving between tabs or games and need to verify the details quickly.

  • Portrait-Ready Games

Crash Zone, Football HatTrick and Roulette Streak all run in portrait mode on Android and iOS without layout breaks. Live table streams scale to the visible area automatically. Habanero and JDB titles in particular are designed with mobile aspect ratios in mind — the control row never overlaps the game display even on smaller handsets.

  • Account Dashboard on Mobile

Wallet balance, recent transactions, active session details and support access all sit in the mobile dashboard behind a single tap. You do not need to switch to a desktop to review your Raast transfer status or check what the game log shows for a completed round. The dashboard layout mirrors desktop — same sections, compact format.

ACCOUNT PATH

From Registration to Your First Game in Four Steps

Setting up a pak9 account is a linear process with no hidden detours. The registration form asks for your basic details and your preferred contact method — the same one you will use to confirm your identity.

  1. Step 1 — Create Your Account

Open the registration page and complete the fields shown. Use the contact method — email or mobile number — that you actively monitor, because account verification and support correspondence both go there. The form takes under two minutes to complete.

  2. Step 2 — Verify Your Identity

Follow the verification instructions shown after registration. The steps and documents required are listed on the verification screen itself — we do not add requirements that are not shown there. Verified accounts have full access to deposits, withdrawals and live casino tables.

  3. Step 3 — Link a Payment Method

Go to the wallet section of your dashboard and select your payment method: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer. Each option shows its own set of fields and any limits that apply. Complete the fields as shown and confirm. Your wallet is ready to use once the link is confirmed.

  4. Step 4 — Open the Lobby

With your wallet funded, the full lobby is available. Use the category rail to switch between slots, live casino, table games and sportsbook. For cricket markets, the sportsbook section lists available PSL and international matches when they are scheduled. Game tiles show the studio name so you know whether you are opening a Pragmatic Play or Spadegaming title.

LOCAL PAYMENTS

Pay Your Way — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and More

Pakistan's most-used mobile payment rails are the ones we built the wallet around. JazzCash and Easypaisa work directly from your mobile account — no card number required, no separate bank login.

  • JazzCash

Deposit and withdraw through your JazzCash mobile account without visiting a or entering card details. The payment screen walks you through the required fields — mobile number, account confirmation and amount.

  • Easypaisa

Easypaisa deposits follow the same mobile-account flow as JazzCash. Select Easypaisa from the wallet chip row, enter the amount and follow the on-screen confirmation steps. The transaction record in your pak9 dashboard shows the Easypaisa reference alongside the credited amount, making reconciliation straightforward when you review your history.

  • Raast

Raast connects your bank account directly using Pakistan's instant payment infrastructure. It is particularly convenient if you manage funds across a bank account and a mobile wallet — Raast lets you fund the pak9 wallet from the bank side without switching apps. Conditions and account-linking steps are shown in the Raast section of the wallet screen.

  • Bank Transfer

Bank transfer is available for deposits when your preferred bank is listed under the payment options in your account. The wallet screen shows supported banks and the transfer details to use. Keep the payment reference shown on-screen — you will need it if you contact support to confirm a transfer that has not yet appeared in your wallet balance.

FEATURE BRIEF / 05

Titles Worth Opening First

Not every game in the lobby needs the same amount of explanation, but a few categories consistently pull returning accounts back first. Crash games like Crash Zone offer a single live multiplier that climbs until it stops — you cash out before the crash or you ride it out.

Game feature guide

  • Crash Zone

A live multiplier climbs from 1x at round start. You choose when to exit — the collected amount is added to your wallet at the multiplier shown when you tap out. If the crash happens before you exit, the round closes at zero.

  • Roulette Streak

Standard European roulette layout with an added streak tracker that shows the last twenty results by colour and number. The live dealer announces each spin result audibly, which is useful when you are on mobile and not watching the full stream. Bet types include straight, split, street, corner and outside bets — limits are shown on the table before you place.

  • Football HatTrick

Table game built on football match outcomes rather than card draws. Three rounds represent three match periods; you bet on score outcomes for each period. It runs faster than a full-match sports bet and sits in the table-games section rather than the sportsbook. Rules and prize table are accessible via the information panel inside the game.

ACCOUNT DASHBOARD

What Is Running — Check Your Dashboard After Login

The current state of any active account offer, gameplay or running information is shown in your account dashboard after you log in. We do not publish fixed gameplay calendars here because the board reflects your account status at the point you check it — what shows for a new account differs from what shows for a returning account mid-session.

  • Your gameplay Status

Log in and open the dashboard to see the current state of any account gameplay applicable to your account. Conditions, eligibility and any steps required are shown on the card itself. The dashboard reflects your account in real time — what is shown there is accurate to the moment you open it, not to a static page like this one.

  • Game Feature Rounds

Bonus rounds, prize multipliers and feature spins inside slot titles are game mechanics, not account rewards. JazzCash PayZone and other feature slots from Pragmatic Play and JDB document their bonus round triggers in the in-game paytable. These are part of the game structure — they activate based on the game's own rules, independent of your account status.

  • Support for Dashboard Questions

If something on the dashboard is unclear — an item you do not recognise, a gameplay you expected but do not see, or a condition you want explained — raise it with support directly from the account screen. Having your account open while you chat means the agent can see the same dashboard state you are looking at.

Terms You Will See in the Lobby — Explained

Game mechanics have their own vocabulary. Crash games, feature slots and live tables all use terms that mean specific things — knowing what they describe helps you make quicker decisions in the lobby without reading the full rules on every title you open.

Player guide and glossary

  • What is a bonus round in a slot game?

A bonus round is a separate feature phase triggered during normal play, usually by landing a specific set of symbols. In a bonus round, the game switches to a different reel set, multiplier structure or spin mechanic — the exact conditions are in the paytable.

  • What does RTP mean and where do I find it?

RTP stands for Return to Player — it is a theoretical percentage that describes how much of the total wagered amount a game is designed to return over a very large number of rounds. It is a long-run statistical figure, not a session prediction. RTP is shown inside a game only when the studio publishes it.

  • How does a crash game work?

A crash game like Crash Zone runs a single multiplier that starts at 1x and climbs continuously until it stops — the crash point. You choose an exit point before or during the round. If you exit before the crash, your stake is multiplied by the value shown when you tapped out, and that amount goes to your wallet.

  • What is volatility in a slot game?

Volatility describes how a slot distributes its prizes across rounds. A high-volatility slot tends to go more rounds between significant prize events, but those events can carry larger multipliers when they land. A low-volatility slot returns smaller amounts more frequently.

  • What is a prize multiplier?

A prize multiplier is a game mechanic that applies a multiplication factor to a base payout. In a crash game, the multiplier is the live number climbing on screen. In a slot, multipliers appear as symbols or as part of the bonus round mechanic — landing a 5x multiplier symbol means the prize for that position is calculated a

  • What is scatter symbol in a slot?

A scatter symbol triggers a specific game event — usually a feature round or feature spins — when a set number appear on the reels, regardless of their position. Unlike standard symbols that must align on a payline, scatters count across the full reel grid.

  • What is a jackpot in a slot game?

A jackpot is a game's highest available prize, hit through a specific and rare symbol combination or via a dedicated jackpot round. It is the prize at the top of the game's prize table.

QUICK ANSWERS

Frequently asked questions

Below are the questions that come up most often from Pakistan accounts — covering registration, payments, game access and support. If your question is not answered here, the Help Centre inside your account dashboard covers additional topics by category, and the support chat connects you to an agent who can read your account directly.

Read FAQ →
How do I deposit using JazzCash?

Go to the wallet section of your account dashboard and select JazzCash from the payment options. Enter the deposit amount and complete the fields shown — your JazzCash mobile number and the confirmation step. After submitting, a reference number appears on the pak9 payment screen. Match this against your JazzCash transaction history to confirm the deposit landed.

Can I use Easypaisa for withdrawals as well as deposits?

Yes, Easypaisa is available for both deposits and withdrawals where your account and region are eligible. The withdrawal screen shows the conditions and steps specific to Easypaisa.

What is Raast and how does it work on pak9?

Raast is Pakistan's national instant payment infrastructure, operated by the State Bank of Pakistan. It lets you transfer funds between your bank account and your pak9 wallet without using a mobile wallet app. In the payment section, selecting Raast shows the bank-linking steps and the transfer fields required.

Which studios supply the games I see in the lobby?

The pak9 lobby carries titles from four studios: Pragmatic Play, Spadegaming, Habanero and JDB. Studio names appear on each game tile so you can identify who published a title before you open it.

Are cricket betting markets available on pak9?

Cricket markets — including PSL fixtures and international matches — are available in the sportsbook section when they are scheduled. The fixture list and available bet types are shown directly on the sportsbook screen. Access depends on local law and your registered region. If your account is eligible, the cricket section will show active markets.

What do I do if a game round closes unexpectedly?

If a game round closes without completing normally — due to a connection drop or a display error — check your account's game-round history in the dashboard. The round log shows the outcome recorded on the server side, which is the authoritative result.

How do I find my transaction history?

Transaction history is in the wallet section of your account dashboard. It lists every deposit, withdrawal and in-game transfer with a timestamp, payment method and reference number. You can use the reference number to cross-check with your JazzCash or Easypaisa app history.

What verification does pak9 require to withdraw?

Account verification requirements are shown during registration and in the account settings section after you log in. The steps and documents needed depend on your account type and the withdrawal method selected.
